How to book your English course
How to book an English course with us
If you would like to book an English course with us, you just need to follow these easy steps:
1. Complete a booking form
A booking form must be completed and returned to us by email (info@celticenglish.co.uk). Alternatively, an online version can be completed here.
We also require the following documents:
- A valid passport or EU identity card copy
- A copy of confirmation of sponsorship (if applicable)
- Any English language course certificates (if available)
As soon as we receive a completed booking form, we will confirm receipt by email and process your booking within 24 hours. Once your booking is processed, we will send you a Confirmation of Enrolment letter and an invoice.

2. Make a payment
Your place at the academy will be confirmed once we have received full payment for your course. Celtic will then issue visa documentation (if necessary). You must pay your course fees at least 4 weeks prior to the start date of your course. If you are making a booking less than 30 days before the start of your course, you must make full payment as soon as you book your course.
Note: We recommend that students who are going to apply for a visa book and make payment at least 8 weeks before the course start date.
Once you book your English course, there are three ways to pay:
By Flywire
Flywire
Flywire is our preferred payment method, as there are no bank charges incurred.
Please go to the Flywire portal to begin the payment process:
- Choose your country and amount to pay in GBP (£ pounds)
- Choose your payment method (bank transfer and card payment options available)
- Enter your details (and student details if different)
- Make the payment
- Track or confirm your payment by email, SMS or by logging into the portal

By UK Bank Transfer

You can make a direct bank transfer to Celtic English Academy. All bank charges must be covered by students. Please make sure that your Celtic English Academy student reference number is clearly quoted as a payment reference. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay any bank charges deducted from the payment received into Celtic English Academy’s bank account. In order to avoid underpayments, you should arrange for the bank charges to be paid at the time of the transfer.

By UK Credit Card

You can also make a payment by UK credit card or debit card. You can download the Credit Card Payment form and send it to us by email to info@celticenglish.co.uk.
Dates
- We are open throughout the year, apart from national UK holidays.
- Although you can book your English course to start any Monday (or Tuesday, when Monday is a national holiday), we recommend starting the course on one of the term start dates.
- You can take advantage of weekends and UK national holidays to discover what Cardiff, Wales or the rest of the UK has to offer. You could even plan a short break to mainland Europe.
Additional Information
Ages
- Any student under 18 years of age must book a return airport transfer provided by Celtic English Academy and full-board homestay accommodation (3 meals a day).
- Please note that the minimum enrolment age for adult courses is 16, except for closed groups, where the minimum enrolment age is 12.
Information we send you
- After you book your English course, we aim to send accommodation details, along with airport transfer information (if applicable), 2-4 weeks before the course start date. Please note that this may take longer during busier periods.
